Delete your Plate Gains account

You can delete your Plate Gains account and everything in it at any time.

In the app

Open Plate Gains, go to Settings (the gear on Today), and tap Delete account, then confirm.

Without the app

If you no longer have the app, email a2sethen@gmail.com from the email address you signed up with and ask us to delete your account. We may need to confirm it's really you, and we'll do it within 30 days.

What gets deleted

Your login, profile, food and workout logs, weigh-ins, meal plans, custom foods, recipes and exercises, and AI usage records are permanently deleted from our database. This can't be undone. Deleted data may stay in our hosting provider's backups for a limited time until those backups are replaced.

Deleting your account doesn't cancel a subscription: cancel that in your App Store or Google Play subscription settings. Records of purchases are kept by Apple, Google and RevenueCat as their policies and tax laws require; email us to have your RevenueCat record deleted.
